Hey guys ❤️. I just started to lose weight, and I regret not starting sooner. But along with daily exercise and this drink I make I have lost over 20 pounds in around a month. This is my second month of my weight loss, but let me tell you what the drink is. You’ve probably heard of it.
🍵What’s in it:
。A cup of hot water
。Green Tea
。Half of a squeezed lemon 🍋
。And some Apple Cider Vinegar (You can put how much you want… but I usually put around 4 cap fulls)
You can also add some honey if it’s to bitter tasting for you.
I drink this every morning when I wake up and usually a hour before I go to bed. This drink works you guys. If you want to lose weight try this.

Guys. This drink is a life changer. I binged three times this week and i pretty much have a crippling fear of purging, so after each of those binges i made this drink and the mornings after i didnt gain any weight!!! Also, it doesnt taste as bad as it smells!!!

First of all ask yourself why you wanna do that . as soon as you get the answer to your question… KEEP ON READING THIS!!! Now I’m going to help you and me either to get skinny in 1 month (whole 30 days) without cheating and to make this more interesting we are going to get some points for every lost pound.
If we only fast … this either wont help for long or we end up eating like sh*t after 7 pm. Or we just can’t say NO to our parents and we eat whatever they MAKE US EAT!!!! Is this right? NO…

EVERY WEDNESDAY AND SUNDAY SHOULD BE FAST DAYS

YOU CAN EAT FROM 9am to 6 pm

cutting out all the junk food…. and by all i really mean ALL…
chew the food from 15-25 times

eat 50-300 calories per day
Rule #5
sit right and do sit -ups
Rule #6
drink at least 1.5-2 liter of water per day
and 1 cup of green tea

do jumping jacks
REMEMBER : 100 jumping jacks burn 50 calories …. 7000 burn 3500 calories= 1 lbs of fat

3.When others complain about their weight you can sit back and relax because you may have 99 problems , but obesity isn’t one.

6. When your future or present boyfriend picks you up he can twirl you around and give you piggy back rides because your just a small cute little thing.
7. You can walk confidently into a mall and not have to walk shamefully to the dressing room trying to squeeze into your jeans, thinking" I hope they fit “.
8.You can wear baggy clothes and still look cute.
9. You can enjoy the draw dropping looks you get when you walk up to your friends and they see how much weight you’ve lost.
10. When you’re squeezing into the backseat with friends you can sit on people’s laps or sit wherever because you’re light and nobody minds
Oh and im writing this for the second time but this always helps me to stop eating
Look at what you are about to eat. Then read this. Are you hungry? Are you really hungry? Could you go without food? Think of how great you’ll feel . Think of how great you will look. Push it to one side. Down a pint of water. NOW! RIGHT NOW! Half the plate. Throw the half plate away. Now look back at the food. Are you still hungry? Go look into the mirror.RIGHT NOW TURN TO THE SIDE. List from top to botto which bits you wanna change? Write them down. READ IT. TWICE.!!! Go and brush your teeth . Drink another glass of water. Do 10 sit-ups. don’t you feel great? YEAH! LOOK AT YOU .Look at the food..
You do NOT wanna eat that . Say “NO, NO, NO. I DO NOT WANNA EAT THAT . I DON’T I DON’T” .. How great do you feel? how good are you doing? throw the other half away. Give it to someone else. Put it to somewhere else. I BET you feel better now. Do 10 more sit-ups. Go and take a shower. Look yourself in the mirror. Turn to the side. Think about what happens when you eat something. Now read this way slower than you do. YOU CHEW IT YOU SWALLOW IT GOES INTO YOUR STOMACH . THEN SLOWLY YOUR BODY ABSORBS ALL THOSE CALORIES ALL THE SUGAR ALL THAT FAT. GO LOOK INTO THE MIRROR POKE YOUR BODY SQUEEZE YOUR ARMS AND LEGS. NOW have a glass of water delicious, refreshing, feeling water… free of calories and super healthy ! Now, think of someone. Someone you’ve seen. Some one you love. Someone very beautiful. Someone skinny. Someone you know. Someone famous. YOU ARE GOING TO LOOK LIKE THEM. Now get up. Stretch . Feel your ribs. Good morning lovlies! Today is January 1st of 2017! Let’s make this our year! Anyways, a friend of mine recently started taking a pill to boost her metabolism, and I realized some people don’t have access to pills like that or they have no one to buy them for them, but whatever the reason, I am making this list to teach you some ways to speed up your metabolism. Hope it helps!
1. Eating Fish - The Omega-3s really help your metabolism to boost. Wanna know the science? Click here.
2. GREEN TEA!- I mean we all love tea, right? Well, if you aren’t already drinking it, you should be switching over to green tea. The active ingredient has been proven to boost metabolism. Skeptical? Click here.
3. Morning Meals - Although you may be fasting, when you come out of your fast, think of breakfast. Breakfast starts you off and keeps you going, not only does it give you energy for the day, but it also speeds up the metabolism.
4. Add Some Olive Oil - Go ahead and add Olive Oil to your meals, but make sure that it’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Why? Because healthy mono-saturated fats, can actually help the body burn calories. There are also some other pluses to to this trick, because it can increase serotonin levels as well.
5. Maybe Some Garlic? - Garlic is known to boost metabolism, and control lipied levels in the blood, so adding some garlic to foods high in fat will help control the damage a little, but don’t go overboard with this one.
6. Oolong Tea Helps Too - Using pretty much the same sciences as the green tea, oolong tea will help boost metabolism and possibly help keep your weight in check.
7. Nuts - I was really resisting the urge to name this one Aw, Nuts but I caught myself. Well pretty much, eating nuts helps give a full feeling, meaning you will be less likely to binge or overeat. {Almonds, Walnuts, Nut Butters}
8. Dim it Down - Installing apps that take the blue light out of your phone at night will help you to get a better nights sleep, so you can have a happy, energetic metabolism the next morning.
9. Reduce Stress - I know, easier said than done, but take a break once in a while maybe go for a jog, just calm down and watch your metabolism speed up.
10. Apple Cider Vinegar - It’s disgusting, I know, but if you drink about 2 tbs. of apple cider vinegar every morning, not only does it speed up your metabolism, but it also can help curb your cravings. That gross taste is definitely worth it.

1) Fire Tea to boost metabolism
•1 cup green tea + however much cinnamon + cayenne pepper is tolerable
2) Every time you use the bathroom (before & after) do 5 squats so you touch the toilet
3) Drinking LOTS of (cold) water before and during a meal will fill you up so that you eat less
4) Eat a fruit/veggie when you are hungry…much less net cals. after digestion than something processed
5) When you feel hungry, first do 20 jumping jacks and 10 squats, then drink a glass of water. This makes you feel ready for excersize and puts off hunger.
6) Drink hot tea, veggie broth, warm almond/soy milk when fasting. It fills you up and gives you some flavor for the feeling of eating.
7) Eating breakfast leads to less cravings later at night. Just having some fruit or a boiled egg will help SO much :)
8) For motivation in the winter, think of your self as a hibernating bear slowly getting a thicker & thicker layer of fat. You need to burn it off by eating better foods and exercising.
9) Frozen banana (100 cal.) is a good, sweet treat. Baked strawberries are good for something warm
10) Stop eating before 6/7 p.m. and dont eat until 6/7 a.m. for a 12 hour fast every day. If you don’t have school push the morning time to a few hours later. If you do, eat some fruit or fast even longer till lunch (if you can)
